The Alice Project

 

Mark & Jocelyn Sloan are the owners of the former St. Henry's Catholic Church in Alice, ND.  Currently, work is underway to convert the facility into a single family residence.

Our plans include the addition of a loft level to the main floor that will contain three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a library.  The main floor will have a kitchen, guest bedroom, bathroom, parlor, theater, and great room.  The basement will not be renovated, but has two bathrooms and a large meeting room.  Plans can be seen here:

2010's work consisted mostly of outdoors yard work.  Including the removal of 55 full grown trees to accommodate planned drainage modifications.

Photos from July 2011:  Central vacuum installation underway.  Roof deck above loft level completed.

Photos from October 2011:  Massive fuel oil furnaces we replaced with high efficiency propane furnaces.

(This is one of the old furnaces before being replaced)
